Easy Blueberry Jam Recipe

This easy blueberry jam recipe needs only a few ingredients. All natural no pectin added.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Measure 2 cups blueberries and add to a saucepan
  • Then add sugar and lemon juice
  • Turn the stove to medium high
  • Cook until it starts to bubble and thickens
  • Check to see if it is thick enough. If it isn't, add about a teaspoon of cornstarch.
  • While it is still hot, add the entire batch to the Nutribullet and gave it a few pulses
  • Then strain if you don’t want seeds (optional)
