Pineapple Jam
An easy delicious pineapple jam recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pineapple in pineapple juice Or a 20 ounce can of pineapple
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Add the crushed pineapple and its juice to a small saucepan
Then add the granulated sugar
Mix together and continue to stir until the mixture becomes nice and thick about 18-20 minutes. You will still have a few small chunks of pineapple.
Cool before using or add to the refrigerator to thicken up some more.
